Drop-off and pick-up appts are available between 7 am -9 pm (7 days a week, 365 days a year). Some appointment slots book quickly so please notify us as soon as possible of your desires.

If times needed outside of this, please text Dr. Grey and we will do everything we can to possibly accommodate!

Pickup and drop off at Carmel Mountain Ranch Veterinary Hospital available by transport appointment reservation ….Tuesday Mornings/Evenings and Fridays Mornings/Evenings.

Please text Dr. Grey to see if transport spots available for your desired times. If there is an opening, please schedule a drop off time at the hospital before between 730 am and 9 am for transport to Play N Stay. For transport pick up from Play N Stay, pick up available between 5 pm -6 pm Tues/Fridays .

To lock in your boarding arrangement after texting Dr. Grey to ensure availability, please fill out Check-In form & Activity Release form on the “contact us” page, and email it to dr.greyplaynstay@gmail.com or take a picture and text to 858-213-1727.

Pricing:

Daycare is based on up to 12 hours of care

$35 any dog, any size!

Boarding is based on up to 24 hours of care

$67.50 any dog, any size!

If additional care is needed outside the 12 or 24 hour block of time : $5.50/hr may accrue

25% discount for second pet and each additional pet.

10% discount for Active Military (Thank you so much for your service!)

10% off if your pet’s stay is 7 days plus, 20% off for stays of 14 days plus, and 50% off for a month or more!

$25 Thank you Credit for future stays when you refer a friend!

We invoice all our Guests family via Text before end of stay, and ask that check out for Play N Stay visit is taken care of before or at pick up. Zelle, Check and Venmo are available ‘Check Out’ options.
